Admissions

Your admissions CRM is a second copy of your student record.

Two systems, two versions of the same family, and a reconciliation job no-one wants. Kestrel's pipeline is the record the student then keeps for the next thirteen years.

The day it gives your staff

Built for the twenty seconds a teacher has.

A roll that opens already knowing about the room change. The medical alert on the class list itself. A wellbeing note logged without leaving the page you were on.

The boundary

We are not trying to be your finance system.

Kestrel holds the family and fee-payer model: who pays, split percentages between separated parents, sibling links, scholarships, and the enrolment events that trigger a charge. That data belongs on the student record.

The ledger does not. Neither does payroll, timetable construction, or your alumni database.

Migration

The migration is the risk. We treat it that way.

A trial migration you validate before anything is committed. Historical records brought across in full. A read-only archive of the system you are leaving, so nothing depends on keeping an old licence alive.

We will tell you which of your data will not come across cleanly, before you sign.

How migration works
