Accessibility and performance are on each school procurement checklist, so here is the conformance statement, the method behind it, and the measurements.
Conformance.

ScopeAll 14 pages of this website, including the 404. The Kestrel product is assessed separately.
MethodAutomated testing with axe-core 4.10.2, run against each page at 375 px and 1280 px; manual keyboard traversal; contrast ratios computed from the design tokens. Self-assessed.
ResultConformant. Zero violations on any page.

We claim throughout this site that Kestrel was built recently and built carefully. The site itself should be the evidence for that.
Lighthouse100 / 100 / 100 / 100 for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO, on all 13 indexed pages, desktop preset. The home page also scores 100 on the mobile preset, which throttles to a slow 4G connection and a slow CPU. Measured with Lighthouse 12.8.2.
SpeedFirst contentful paint 0.3 s on desktop, 1.1 s on throttled mobile. Total blocking time 0 ms. Cumulative layout shift 0, so nothing moves under you as the page loads.
Page weightThe heaviest page is 28 KB of HTML. The whole site, each page and asset, is under 310 KB uncompressed.
JavaScriptAbout 5 KB, no framework, no build step. Each page renders and reads correctly with JavaScript disabled.
Third partiesOne: the web font stylesheet. No analytics, no tag manager, no trackers, no cookies. Nothing on this site needs a consent banner, which is why there is not one.
MotionNo scroll animation. prefers-reduced-motion is honoured for the transitions that do exist.
